How do I verify my Tixet account?

Go to your profile dashboard and click on 'Profile' on the left. Go to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Verify' button.

A pop up will open where you will need to select what type of document you want to introduce to verify yourself, either a passport or a driving license.

After that you will have to upload one front side and back side photo of your selected document and submit the verification. Once submitted, our team will verify your request and will approve it if the information you provided is correct. Once you get approved you will be able to list your event tickets on Tixet.com .

How do I connect my Google account to my Tixet profile?

Go to your account dashboard, then click on 'Profile' on the left. Under social accounts you will see the option to connect your Google account to your profile. A pop up will open where you will need to enter your Google credentials and log into your account. After that your account is now connected.

How do I modify the email on my account?

Once you create an account for Tixet.com, the email you use cannot be modified in the future, unless you make another account with a different email address. Make sure to put the correct email you want to use when you first sign up on Tixet.com.

How do I change the phone number on my account?

Go to your profile dashboard. Click on 'Profile' on the left side, then change your phone number to the new one. When you are done just click the 'Update' button at the bottom of the page and your new phone number will be updated.

How do I delete my listings from Tixet.com?

Go to your profile dashboard and click ‘Listing’ on the left. There you will see all the tickets that you have listed for the event tickets. Click on the down arrow on the right side of the listing then click the trash red icon to delete your listing.

What are paper tickets?

Paper tickets are event tickets that the sellers send you via post.

What are mobile transfer tickets?

Mobile transfer tickets are event tickets that the seller transfers onto your name through the original ticket provider's website. You will receive an email from us and the seller with more details and the confirmation of the transfer.

What are e-tickets?

E-tickets or Mobile Tickets are event tickets that you can download directly from your Tixet dashboard, under Purchases, or from the email the seller sends you directly.

How do I create an account on Tixet.com?

Go to the Tixet.com then click Sign In on the top right corner. At the bottom of the popup, click Sign Up then enter your email address and your password. Or use the Sign Up with Facebook or Google option.

After you've completed your profile details click Sign Up to complete your account creation and you’re done! This account will allow you to both sell and buy event tickets on Tixet.com .

How do I reset my password?

Go to the ‘Sign In’ button at the top right. If you are signed in to your account you will have to logout. Once in it, insert your email address and click ‘Forgot Password’.

You will receive an instant email with a link to reset your password. Now you can go back to Tixet.com, refresh the page and use your email and new password to log into your account.

How do I change the information on my account?

Go to your user account and click the "Profile" tab. Edit your details and click ''Update'' at the bottom of the page.
